By joining the Sparkle Sock Club, you'll receive a new pair of exclusive Sparkle Fitness socks delivered automatically based on the membership plan you selected.

Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically on your scheduled renewal date until you cancel your membership.

Managing Your Subscription

You may cancel, pause, or update your subscription at any time through the subscription management link included in your order confirmation and renewal emails.

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, changes or cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

Once your monthly renewal has been processed, that month's order begins preparing for shipment and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Membership benefits, including exclusive designs, birthday gifts, free shipping, and VIP perks, may change from time to time without notice.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, Sparkle Fitness may offer products for pre-order before they arrive in our warehouse.

By placing a pre-order, you reserve your item before it becomes available.

Depending on the product, your payment may be collected in full at checkout or authorized and charged when your order is ready to ship.

Estimated shipping dates are provided whenever possible but are subject to change due to manufacturing, production, or carrier delays.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has shipped.

Once a pre-order has shipped, it is subject to our standard Return Policy.

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
