2. Eligibility
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products
We do our best to accurately display our products, colors, sizing, and descriptions.
Because screen settings vary, actual colors may appear slightly different than shown online.
Many of our products are released in limited quantities. Once a product sells out, we cannot guarantee it will be restocked.
4. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
Sparkle Fitness reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Product availability
• Pricing errors
• Payment issues
• Suspected fraud
• Violation of these Terms
If payment has already been processed, you will receive a full refund if your order is canceled.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change at any time without notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized.
Any fraudulent transactions or chargebacks may result in cancellation of current or future orders.
7. Shipping
Processing times listed on our website are estimates.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Sparkle Fitness cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Sparkle Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
If your package is missing, we'll gladly help you work with the shipping carrier whenever possible.
9. Returns & Refunds
Please review our separate Return Policy for complete details.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Clothing purchases are final sale.
• Grip socks may only be returned if they are unworn, in brand new condition, include the original packaging, and include the original Sparkle Fitness silk sock bag.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
10. Sparkle Sock Club
By joining the Sparkle Sock Club, you authorize recurring monthly billing until your membership is canceled.
Membership benefits may include:
• Exclusive monthly socks
• Birthday gifts
• Free shipping
• Early access to collections
• VIP member perks
Membership benefits may change over time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
Once your monthly renewal has been processed, that month's shipment is non-refundable.
11. Promotions & Discount Codes
Unless otherwise stated:
• Only one discount code may be used per order.
• Discounts cannot be combined.
• Free gifts are available while supplies last.
• Promotional offers may begin or end without notice.
• Discount codes have no cash value.
12. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
